Sydney Neal

Sydney joined 7 Communications in 2015, quickly becoming a force within the agency and a trusted partner to our clients. Her passion, energy, and relentless commitment to excellence have earned her the respect of both her peers and the brands she serves. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in delivering successful programs for an impressive roster of clients, including BMW, Canon, Constellation Brands, Globe and Mail, Grand Touring Automobiles, Jaguar Land Rover, Lincoln, Metro, MINI, Polestar, Rolls-Royce, and Volvo.
Her journey at 7 Communications has been one of continuous growth—rising from Account Executive to Group Business Director. In this expanded role, she is focused not only on delivering world-class marketing solutions but also on helping clients drive measurable business growth. Sydney brings a strategic mindset to every engagement, ensuring that our work isn’t just creative—it moves the needle for our clients. She leads with clarity and conviction, coaching her teams to be proactive, results-driven, and relentless in their pursuit of success.
A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Sydney’s early experience spans front-line management, field marketing, hospitality, and brand activations, having worked with Captain Morgan’s, Frank’s Red Hot, The Landing Group, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Visa’s international Work and Play campaigns. Her ability to anticipate client needs and execute with precision was sharpened in retail leadership, where she managed high-performance teams of over 100 staff.
She knows her audience. Says please and thank you. Shows respect. She’s clear, and kind. Demands excellence. Handles surprises with grace and never stops delighting clients. As 7 Communications continues to evolve, Sydney is at the forefront—driving strategy, building client relationships and ensuring that our work makes an impact where it matters most.
She is also a retired cheer squad member, which explains the occasional cartwheel around the office. A devout almond fudge enthusiast, she boasts an impressive fuzzy slipper collection and, when not at her desk, can most often be found near the office fridge—where strategy sessions often take place over snacks.
