The role of Marketing Manager exhibits a distinct passion for brand management and displays expertise and skillfulness in implementing digital advertising campaign components and social media communications.

Key responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the in-house agency representative sitting in Nashua, New Hampshire, continuously fostering prosperous relationships that build trust and position the agency as a valuable resource to the client’s business.
    • Deep understanding of the client’s culture and business in order to effectively implement marketing objectives and work with the internal and external teams to develop and manage solutions that meet those objectives.
  • Project Management
    • Prepare for and attend client meetings, creating and delivering post-meeting contact reports, then managing follow-up/action items
    • Manage various projects or campaigns, including development of internal briefing documents, milestones, timelines, and budgets, managing each aspect to keep projects/campaigns on-time and on-budget.  
    • Act as the liaison between the Canadian team and the in-house client, assist other members of the Experiential, Integrated, Creative, and Executive teams, on internal and external business, as required.
  • Event Management
    • Networking and connections aptitude, to cultivate a valuable network of event industry experts and allies.
    • Develop internal briefing documents, timelines, and work-back schedules for all events.
    • On-site event leadership, either as primary program lead or support to team, as required.
    • Confident negotiator with a proven ability to negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, venues, and the like.
    • Manage a wide range of operational and administrative competing priorities, to ensure the internal/external team meets all of its deadlines and manages projects within prescribed budgets.
  • Brand Management
    • Support the client’s brand by ensuring brand consistency across all projects, platforms, and communications.
    • Assist with shaping communications strategies and brand positionings that capitalize on unique insights and value propositions.
  • Business Acumen
    • Maintain a current and broad knowledge of the client’s business, competition, and industry/category best practices.
    • Support creation and review of trends, results, and reports.
    • Provide exemplary customer service while creating world-class marketing solutions.
  • This role is a direct report to the Group Account Director.
What we are looking for:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications (or similar) is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of agency, or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven prior work experience managing multiple accounts/clients/projects at once, with various goals, across different industries.
  • Digital advertising campaign and paid/organic social media communications experience.
  • Proficient in budget management.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and conversational skills.  
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and, the ability to work with Apple technology and products.
  • PMP certification (preferred but not required).
  • Google AdWords certification (preferred but not required).
  • Bonus points if you are bilingual and possess Spanish as a second language.
